В рамках празднования профессионального праздника «День воспитателя и всех дошкольных работников» 30 сентября 2016 года состоялось республиканское мероприятие на территории Баксанского муниципального района на базе детского сада с.п. Кишпек. В организованных педагогических мастерских муниципальных районов Республики были представлены презентации актуального, современного опыта дошкольных образовательных учреждений по определённому направлению или конкретной теме.
Педагогическая мастерская Эльбрусского муниципального района представила опыт работы по инклюзивному образованию. Мастер-класс по теме «Формы работы с детьми с ограниченными возможностями здоровья» показали педагоги Ресурсного центра «Особый ребёнок» МОУ «Лицей №1 им. К. С. Отарова».
