Во Всероссийском мастер-классе учителей родных, включая русский, языков — 2015 в г. Москве приняла участие учитель балкарского языка Башиева Фарида Мустафировна, которая заняла 2 место. Целью мастер-класса была демонстрация инновационных методов преподавания родных и русского языков. Участники должны были представить «Визитки», где они должны были рассказать о регионе, о своей школе, о педагогической деятельности. Особое место в этой номинации уделяли демонстрации национального костюма.
Второй день конкурса состоял из демонстрации 10 минутного видеоролика своего урока с методически комментариями и выставки, где представляли свой регион и педагогические разработки. Башиева Ф.М.представила урок балкарской литературы в 4 классе, посвященный образу матери в произведениях великого поэта К.Кулиева. Через привитие любви к матери, через поэзию великого балкарского поэта она показала нравственное воспитание детей на Кавказе.
В заключительный день конкурса состоялся круглый стол «Актуальные проблемы преподавания родных и русского языков». Участники рассказали о проблемах и достижениях в своей работе, поделились своим опытом. Было интересно слушать представителей различных регионов нашей великой России от Камчатки до Калининграда. География участников была очень обширной.
