27 сентября 2014 года дошкольные отделения муниципальных общеобразовательных учреждений Эльбрусского муниципального района приняли активное участие в праздновании общенационального праздника «День воспитателя и всех дошкольных работников», которое проходило в ГКОУ «Прогимназия №34» г.Нальчика.
На выставке творческих достижений муниципальных систем дошкольного образования «дошкольники» Эльбрусского муниципального района представили творческие работы детей, опыт работы педагогов: ДО №5, №6, РЦ «Особый ребёнок» МОУ «Лицей №1», ДО МОУ «СОШ №2», ДО МОУ «СОШ №3», ДО МОУ «Гимназия №5» г.п. Тырныауз, ДО МОУ «СОШ» с.п. Былым, ДО МОУ «СОШ» с.п. Терскол, МОУ «СОШ» с.п. Эльбрус, ДО МОУ «СОШ №4» и ДО МОУ «СОШ №2» с.п. Кёнделен. В концертной программе для гостей в исполнении Залины Теммоевой, музыкального руководителя ДО№5 МОУ «Лицей№1», прозвучала песня А. Пахмутовой «Как молоды мы были». Всех участников праздничного мероприятия приветствовали: Н. Емузова, министр образования, науки и по делам молодёжи; С. Жанатаев, депутат Парламента КБР; Г. Иванова, директор ГКОУ «Прогимназия №34» и многие другие. Представителям управления образования муниципальных районов вручены благодарственные письма за активное участие в выставке творческих достижений дошкольного образования.
