27 декабря 2013г. в РЦ «Особый ребёнок» МОУ «Лицей№1 им.К.С. Отарова» состоялся новогодний утренник « В гостях у ёлки». Для детей силами сотрудников РЦ была подготовлена музыкальная программа с персонажами сказок и, конечно, с Дедом Морозом и Снегурочкой. Дети совместно с родителями водили хороводы вокруг ёлки, танцевали, пели, играли в игры. Спонсорами данного мероприятия были Центр занятости Эльбрусского района (начальник: Османова Л.Х.) и ПДН МВД по Эльбрусскому району (начальник: Малкандуев А.Ю.), которые приобрели детям новогодние подарки.
